General Notes about Ivaryss: She's level headed and wise in the ways of the world, but her younger sister Amanda doesn't not share these traits. Amanda was a thrill seeker who loved to go slumming, visiting the more unsavory parts of town because it was thrilling to her. Ivaryss would often be called upon to bail her sister out of trouble and through this necessity, she perfected her skill in stealth. The escapades of Amanda reflected poorly on Ivaryss, however, who was chastised more severely by her parents for she was older and should know better.

In one particular incident, Amanda got mixed up with pirates, who were serving as privateers for Lord Robert. Amanda would accidentally stumble in on one of their meetings about buried treasure and the suspicious pirates thought it might be a good idea to silence any accidental witnesses. Ivaryss again had to bail her sister out and did so with the aid of Londill Diresand and Yarven Shorenn. They were able to defeat the murderous pirates and claim their treasure for their own. It would fund the business ventures of Londill and Yarven, and pay for Ivaryss's schooling in magery.

What will become of Amanda and her share?

Ivaryss would initially train with Utrion Flamebreaker, taking part in some of the adventures near Tryst. She would then be accepted to Magestar, off the coast of Foghaven and continue her training there. During the War of Anoteer, Ivaryss would assist the Fellowship in Magestar and Foghaven.
