Personality
Ivaryss is cordial, but low-key, preferring to blend in with the background rather than draw attention to herself. She is an introvert and is most comfortable interacting one to one. Ivaryss is also perceptive and wise to the ways of the world, a talent she perfected while looking out for her sister Amanda.
History
Ivaryss was born in Paws to well-to-do shopkeepers, Tormund and Madelaine Chary. Tormund was an armorer and his goods were in high demand in Paws due to the proximity of the Fens of the Dead and the uncertain nature of the time. Madelaine, meanwhile, was an herb merchant, operating her shop in an annex of Tormund's armory. Her trade brought her in contact with many mages and she began to dabble in the art, an interest she passed on to her children.
Ivaryss was particularly interested in magery and she had the drive to flourish at it.
Ivaryss would initially be taught magery by Utrion Flamebreaker in Tryst, but thereafter, she would journey to Magestar and complete her training there.
Skills
Ivaryss is skilled in magery and stealth and has taken up the skinning knife to defend herself.
Notes
During the Mad Mage troubles, Ivaryss traveled to Moonglow and volunteered to watch over the graveyards. She also snuck into the rift to scout, summoning earth elementals and energy vortexes to battle the creatures there.
